What to include

Choose the topic that fits best, so the message reaches the right person first time:

  • General question. Questions about the site, a review or how we work.
  • Correction. A fact, offer or term on TallyBet that is out of date or wrong.
  • Complaint. Something about TallyBet itself that you are unhappy with.
  • Privacy request. Access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
  • Partnership. Casino operators and affiliate programmes.

For a correction, the link to the page and the source you are relying on (for example the casino's current terms page) let us check and update the review in one step. Every review shows the month it was last checked, and a confirmed correction updates that date. How we research, score and correct pages is set out in our editorial policy.

For a privacy request, tell us which right you want to use (for example access or deletion) and the email address you contacted us from. We may ask you to confirm that the address is yours before we act. The privacy policy lists what little data we hold and how long we keep it.

What we can and cannot help with

TallyBet is a review and comparison site. We are not a casino, we do not take bets and we never hold player money. That means there are things only the casino can do:

  • We cannot open, close, verify or unlock a casino account.
  • We cannot release a withdrawal, cancel a bonus or reverse a deposit.
  • We cannot add or remove anyone from a casino's self-exclusion list.

If you have a dispute with a casino, contact its support team first and keep copies of every message. If that fails, the regulator named in the casino's footer, or an independent complaint service where the licence provides one, is the next step. Telling us about the problem is still useful: repeated reports about unpaid withdrawals or changed terms feed into the warnings on our reviews.

Casino operators and affiliate programmes can write about partnerships, but no casino can pay for a review, a score or a warning to be changed. The affiliate disclosure explains how we earn money.

When you will hear back

We reply to every message within 5 working days, usually sooner. Corrections that are confirmed are made on the page at the same time as we reply. Privacy requests are answered within 1 month, as UK data protection law requires. We do not have a phone line or a public office, so email is the only way to reach us, and it gives both sides a written record.

If you need support now

If gambling is causing you harm, please do not wait for a reply from us. The National Gambling Helpline, run by GamCare, is free and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133. Gambling Therapy offers free support worldwide, and GAMSTOP lets you self-exclude from every site licensed by the Gambling Commission. Our responsible gambling page lists more ways to block gambling sites and payments.
