Who we are
TallyBet is a casino review and comparison site at tallybet.co.uk. It launched in October 2026. In these terms, “TallyBet”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TallyBet, the operator of tallybet.co.uk. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the site.
TallyBet is not a gambling operator. We do not take bets, run games or hold any player money. We publish reviews and guides about online casinos run by other companies.
You can contact us about anything on the site, including these terms, at [email protected]. We handle all requests by email and aim to reply within 5 working days. Useful subject lines are “Correction”, “Privacy request”, “Complaint” and “Partnership”.
Accepting these terms
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms sit alongside our privacy policy, cookie policy and affiliate disclosure.
Age and where you live
The site is for adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, please leave the site now.
Online gambling laws differ from country to country. It is your responsibility to check that gambling online is legal where you live, and that a given casino is allowed to accept players from your country, before you sign up or deposit.
Most of the casinos listed on TallyBet are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. They hold licences from places such as Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique, and some have no licence we could verify. These casinos must not be used from Great Britain. Unless a casino is clearly marked as licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, our pages are not an invitation to play there from Great Britain.

Affiliate links
TallyBet earns commission from some casinos and affiliate programmes when a visitor signs up, and usually deposits, through our links. Links covered by an agreement go through a redirect page at /go/ before reaching the casino. Not every casino we review has an agreement with us.
Commission never changes a score, a warning or what a review says. No casino pays for a review or approves it before publication. You can read the full details in our affiliate disclosure.
Third-party sites
Our pages link to casinos, payment providers, support services and other sites we do not control. When you leave TallyBet you are subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the content, products, services, decisions or conduct of any third-party site. Any account you open, deposit you make, bonus you claim or dispute you have with a casino is between you and that casino. We cannot step in on your behalf, process payments or recover funds.
Intellectual property
The text, ratings, layout and design of TallyBet belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may read, print or share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content in bulk without our written permission.
Other material on the site belongs to other people:
- Casino names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the casino being reviewed. Their use does not mean the owner endorses TallyBet.
- Payment logos come from the datatrans/payment-logos project and are used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- break any law or help anyone else to do so
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
- send malware, run attacks or place excessive automated load on the site
- scrape or copy large parts of the site for commercial use without permission
- use our content in a way that is misleading or suggests we endorse you
We may block access from anyone who breaks these rules.
Limits on our liability
We provide the site “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of viruses, or that any information on it is complete or up to date.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- losses from gambling, including money lost at any casino we list
- decisions you make based on information on the site
- the actions, terms, payments or failures of any casino or other third-party site
- loss of profits, data or opportunity, or any indirect loss
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy and cookies
TallyBet sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting and security providers process some technical data so the site can work. Our privacy policy explains what data is processed and your rights, and our cookie policy explains the cookies that may be set by others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the site or the law changes. The current version is always on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them or about the site will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
